On the afternoon of July 17th, the Physical Education Department convened an online Theoretical Learning Center Group meeting , focusing on the requirement of thematic education and launching a special study session themed "Integrity in Service and Fostering a Fresh Ethical Atmosphere." With the Secretary of the General Party Branch of Department of Physical Education Zhao Hongliang presiding over the meeting, all members of the Theoretical Learning Center Group participated in the study.

During the meeting, Zhao Hongliang, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Department of Physical Education, led the group members in studying relevant documents concerning President Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on the Ten Million Project and the Pujiang Experience, as well as the article from On the Party's Self-Revolution, which aims to enhance the ability and level of promoting Three No Corruptions as a Unified Whole, and winning tough, protracted battle against corruption. In addition, Secretary Zhao Hongliang also proposed work requirements for implementing the spirit of these documents.

Zhao Hongliang emphasized that all party members and leading cadres must earnestly adhere to the principles of Integrity in service and fostering a fresh ethical atmosphere. He stressed that "integrity" is timeless, and serving should always be kept in mind. It is imperative to enhance teaching and educational capabilities, raise the standards of management and services, establish new norms in the new era, strive to be sports professionals on the new journey, and continuously foster a clean and upright political environment for the high-quality development of the school's undertakings.

Additionally, Zhao Hongliang conveyed the keynote speech introduced by Jia Shaoxin, Secretary of the Party Committee of ZUT at the mid-level cadre meeting on July 5th, urging all party members and leading cadres of the center group to take the initiative and responsibilities, resolutely uphold the overall situation, obey arrangements, and contribute to the efforts to establish Henan University of Electronic Technology with the dedication of sports professionals. Secretary of the Department of Physical Education, Zhao also set forth requirements for the study of ethics among teachers and the 2023 summer teacher training program, urging party members and leading cadres to take the lead in earnest study, organize personnel from their respective departments to complete learning tasks, and demonstrate teaching ethics and demeanor through concrete actions.
