On May 28th, the Theoretical Study Center Group of the Department of Physical Education held a special meeting to thoroughly study and discuss the Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Hongliang, the Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Department of Physical Education, and all members participated in the study.
At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Zhao Hongliang first emphasized the importance and urgency of studying the Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China. He pointed out that the newly revised Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China contain disciplinary provisions related to engaging in speculation, associating with political fraudsters or being used by them, as well as party members acting as political fraudsters. These provisions represent another important measure by the Party Central Committee to strengthen the political ecology within the Party under the new circumstances of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, aiming to further regulate the conduct of party members and purify the atmosphere within the Party.
During the meeting, everyone studied the specific content of the newly added provisions clause by clause and conducted an in-depth analysis with practical cases. During the learning process, everyone expressed that these newly added provisions are highly targeted and operable, and are of great significance in preventing and punishing malpractices such as speculation within the Party.
During the discussion and exchange session, all members actively spoke up and shared their learning experiences and insights. Everyone unanimously agreed that as party members and cadres, they must maintain a clear mind at all times, resolutely resist all forms of speculation, and be loyal, clean, and responsible. At the same time, they should also strengthen self-supervision, consciously abide by the discipline and rules of the Party, and uphold the unity and solidarity of the Party with practical actions.
In his concluding remarks, Secretary Zhao Hongliang pointed out that this study session was a very timely and necessary activity. Through the study, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the newly added provisions in the Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China. He urged all members to transform their learning outcomes into work motivation and practical actions, and to promote the work of the Department of Physical Education to a new level with even greater enthusiasm and a more solid work style.
Prior to the meeting, the Theoretical Study Center Group conscientiously conducted a preliminary study focused on the first topic, specifically learning the important instructions made by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People’s Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, regarding the construction of ideological and political courses in schools.
