On the afternoon of May 28th, the Department of Physical Education convened a joint party and administration meeting to conduct in-depth discussions and deployments on several important issues, including the conveyance of the spirit of the Party Committee meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wei Jian, the director of the Department of Physical Education, with all party and administration leaders and heads of various teaching and research offices in attendance.

The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the school party committee meeting, emphasizing the need to earnestly study and deeply understand the provincial committee’s care and expectations for the school, to ride the momentum and strive for progress, to strengthen ideals and beliefs, and party construction, to coordinate the study and education of party discipline, and to promote the central work of the department. With even greater enthusiasm, a more pragmatic style, and more powerful measures, we must work hard and take responsibility to promote the high-quality development of the school’s sports work. All participants unanimously expressed that they will seriously implement the decisions and deployments of the party committee, and promote the continuous development of all work in the Department of Physical Education with even greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic style.

Subsequently, the meeting conducted research and deployment on the end-of-term work. Director Wei Jian requested that each teaching and research office summarize the work of this semester, organize and file all relevant materials, and at the same time, strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments to ensure the smooth completion of various tasks such as the school's CET-4 and CET-6 exams, final exams, and mid-term teaching inspections.

The meeting emphasized the importance and urgency of professional accreditation work, clarified the tasks and division of labor for the Department of Physical Education’s water supply and drainage professional accreditation, and actively cooperated with relevant school departments to prepare for the experts’ visit to the school, ensuring the smooth progress of the water supply and drainage professional accreditation work.
